Step 1: After scanning goods for customers, select F7. Pay
Step 2: Select Payment method: Partner Voucher
Step 3: Scan the "payment code" on the voucher and select OK.
+ For hard copy Voucher (Paper gift certificate): Payment code is on the front of the voucher, under the silver coating.
  • eGift can be used throughout the WinMart/ WinMart+/WiN system. Please see information at "Store Location".
  • eGift does not apply at stores:
  •        - 01C Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Tien Yen Town, Tien Yen District, Quang Ninh

           - No. 40 Hao Nam, O Cho Dua Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City

  • Applies to all products and goods sold at the applicable location, does not apply to payments for other utility services.
  • VinID brand (including Points/Spends/E-vouchers/VinID Wallet) does not apply to orders when paying by eGift.
  • eGift does not apply to online purchases.
  • You can apply multiple eGifts on 1 Invoice (maximum 30 eGifts/ 1 invoice)
  • eGift applies to other promotions and membership point accumulation programs
  • eGift applies every day of the week, including holidays and New Year.
  • Please present the eGift code to the staff at the counter before payment to receive the eGift.
  • eGift is not valid for use if it is smudged, erased, torn, or damaged (only applies to paper Vouchers).
  • eGift is valid for one-time use only, is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
  • Customers may be asked to pay additional money if they exceed the value of the eGift.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping eGift information confidential after receipt. Do not accept eGifts that are past their expiration date and have "Used" status.
  • UrBox will not be responsible for returning eGifts that are lost or in "Used" status after the eGift is issued for any reason.
  • UrBox shall not be responsible for the quality of the products or services provided nor for any subsequent disputes between the customer and the supplier.
  • UrBox reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of use without prior notice.
