The issued eGift cannot be returned in any form.

Please present the eGift code to the staff at the counter before payment to receive the eGift.

eGift is valid for one-time use only, is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

Customers may be asked to pay additional money if they exceed the value of the eGift.

Customers are responsible for keeping eGift information confidential after receipt.

UrBox will not be responsible for returning eGifts that are lost or in "Used" status after the eGift is issued for any reason.

UrBox shall not be responsible for the quality of the products or services provided nor for any subsequent disputes between the customer and the supplier.
