- eGift is not applicable in conjunction with other Combo/Set, Birthday eGift, eGift programs issued by Goldsun Food/other partners.
- RedPlus points cannot be accumulated for eGift payments. (Points earned after eGift discount).
- eGift is applicable on all days of the week, including holidays, holidays, and Tet.
- Not applicable to Invoices smaller than eGift value
- Do not accept eGifts that are past their expiration date and have "Used" status.
- Please present the eGift code to the staff at the counter before payment to receive the eGift.
- eGift is only valid for one-time use, is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
- Customers may be asked to pay more if they use more than the value of the eGift.
- Customers are responsible for keeping eGift information confidential after receiving it.
- UrBox will not be responsible for returning eGifts that are lost or in "Used" status after the eGift is issued for any reason.
- UrBox will not be responsible for the quality of products or services provided nor for future disputes between customers and Hotpot Story.
